New Student Registration for OSSU Schools

In general, student registration occurs at the local town school. To obtain the New Student Registration packet, contact the main office of the school within your town of residence. Return completed packets to the same office. Please be sure to submit the necessary paperwork to the school at the time of registration, including:

  • Completed Registration Packet
  • Immunization records
  • Most recent physical
  • Child’s birth certificate
  • At least three forms of identification (for residency verification purposes)
  • Additional forms as required by each school

After completing and submitting forms, you will be contacted by the school either via phone or letter notifying you of your child’s registration and any opportunities to have an orientation of the classroom and school environment.
