On December 21, retired Lieutenant Colonel and Craftsbury Schools math teacher John Stein received the Legion of Merit in front of his 7th and 8th grade students. The Legion of Merit is a military award of the United States Armed Forces that is given for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements. Thank you for your service, Mr. Stein!
